3-Month Spotify Membership (1000 Diamonds)
Unfortunately, I've been trying to purchase a 3-Month Spotify Membership for 1000 diamonds for the past two months. 1000 diamonds have been deducted from my account, but I still haven't received the membership. I've sent countless emails and contacted them through the website. Divjot sent an email on March 14th, and then I exchanged emails with Nikita on March 18th, but I haven't received any response or positive outcome since then. I hope someone can genuinely help me. Amazon Voucher Not Received After Redemption
I redeemed both Amazon vouchers worth ₹2,000 using my Gems, but I haven't received them yet. Could you please check the status and let me know when I can expect to receive the vouchers?

Feature Request: Add 'Last Quarter' filter to Team Usage Report
Customer Aimee Armitage from Accessplanit has requested a new feature for the team usage report. She would like to see an option to filter usage data by 'last quarter'. This functionality would assist her in reviewing usage data prior to quarterly meetings, eliminating the need for manual calculations. The request was forwarded by Megan Walton as a potential addition to the product roadmap.
Individual Lesson Completion Count (e.g., 5/10 lessons)
I want to be able to see individual course progress not just as a percentage, but also as a count of completed lessons (e.g., "5 out of 10 lessons completed"). This would help in better understanding exactly how much of a course a learner has finished.

Visibility of roles on People list page for admins
On the admins People list page, the column of roles has not a clear understanding of roles, especially leadership roles. The feature is to improve it to make it more accurate.

Roles syncing from HRIS Integration
Currently users can select their own roles during onboarding Some comapnies prefer that the role information is pre-selected This pre-selection will be live in our manual sync process where admins can select roles while invitation (18 Feb) However, we want to extend the same feature for HRIS integrations as well
Some unenrolled are not showing on the course enrolment page
A couple of admins have reported this issue where when they search for a user while enroling, they dont appear. However they appear back once they remove the enroment = True filter. We are working on it.

Admins can add their own roles
Currently only Customer Success team can add roles for a company. With this feature, admins can add their own roles with their own skill map for each role.
Reports To feature
Instead of defining team member / team manager relationship via team ownership, admins can define a new user field ‘Reports To’ With this field, admins can select a user’s manager irrespective of which team they are from This will simplify reporting structure and make things easier for admins
Limited Admin Access
A new role that has limtied access to the 5Mins admin side This role will have limtations of both data visibility and 5mins actions based on certain attributes such as teams, regions, or any other custom fields. Limited admins can see reports and act upon people of specific region, hotel, location, etc.
Mark user on Long Term leave and reactivate them later
Admins can mark a user inactive for long term leave and then reactivate them later This would cover use cases like Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Sabbaticals etc
Customise frequency of course reminders
Admins can customise the frequency of course reminder emails Right now its just two set reminders - 7 Days and 1 Day before due date
Track time spent on courses
I want to be able to see how long individuals spent on a course to ensure they aren't just fast-forwarding or skipping to the end. This is important for verifying that the training was actually completed properly.

Admins can add future dates while inviting users Users who are to join in future would show up as ‘Scheduled’ users On the ‘Start date’, invitation will be sent to those users
