As an admin, you have access to powerful reporting tools that provide insights into your organization's learning engagement and performance. This section covers three key reports: Engagement, Activation, and Leaderboard.

Engagement Report 📈

The Engagement report provides comprehensive insights into learning activity across your organization.

Key Metrics Tracked:

  • Lessons Watched: Total number of video lessons completed
  • Quizzes & Polls: Engagement with assessments and surveys
  • Learning Moments: Combined total of all learning activities
  • Skills Distribution: Which skills are being developed across teams

Filtering Options:

  • Team Selection: View data for all teams or specific teams
  • Date Range: Choose from preset ranges (Last 6 months, Last 12 months) or custom dates
  • Region Selection: Filter by geographic regions (if configured)
  • View Mode: Toggle between cumulative data or period-specific data

Data Visualization:

  • Company Performance Chart: Visual representation of learning trends over time
  • Skills Distribution Graph: Shows which skills are most actively being developed
  • Downloadable Reports: Export data as CSV for further analysis

How to Use the Engagement Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports → Engagement from the admin panel
  2. Select your desired team (or keep "All teams" selected)
  3. Choose your date range using quick filters or custom dates
  4. Toggle between cumulative and non-cumulative views
  5. Download the report for offline analysis using the "Download Report" button

Activation Report 👥

The Activation report helps you track user onboarding and signup rates. Use the "Breakdown by" selector to view activation across Team, Cohort, Region, or any dropdown custom fields configured for your organization.

Information Displayed:

  • Name: The team, cohort, region, or custom field value, depending on the breakdown you select
  • Invited: Number of invitations sent
  • Signed Up: Number of users who completed registration
  • Activated (%): Visual progress bar showing signup rate

Key Features:

  • Breakdown by: View activation by Team, Cohort, Region, or a dropdown custom field
  • Search Functionality: Quickly find specific rows
  • CSV Export: Download the activation data using the "Download report" button

Managing Activation:

  1. Choose a breakdown dimension (Team, Cohort, Region, or a custom field)
  2. Review rows with low activation percentages
  3. Export the data to track activation trends over time

Leaderboard Report 🏆

The Leaderboard showcases top performers based on learning engagement.

Leaderboard Features:

  • Rankings: Visual ranking with special icons for the top 3
  • Score: Average learning points per member
  • Manager Display: Shows managers for each ranked team (when broken down by Team)
  • Trend Indicators: Up/down arrows showing score changes

Breakdown Options:

Use the "Breakdown by" selector to view the leaderboard across different dimensions:

  • Team
  • Cohort
  • Region
  • Any dropdown custom fields configured for your organization

Filtering and Analysis:

  • Time Periods:
    • All time
    • Last month
    • Last 6 months
    • Last 12 months
    • Custom date ranges
  • Score Calculation: Score = Total learning points ÷ Number of members

Trend Analysis:

  • Green Up Arrow: Performance improving
  • Gray Dash: No change in performance
  • Red Down Arrow: Performance declining

Using the Leaderboard:

  1. Choose your breakdown (Team, Cohort, Region, or a custom field)
  2. Select your desired time period for comparison
  3. View rankings and identify top performers
  4. Analyze trends to see who is improving
  5. Download the data with the "Download Report" button if you'd like to analyze it offline

Q: How often is report data updated? A: Report data is updated in real-time as users complete learning activities.

Q: Can I schedule automated report delivery? A: Currently, reports must be manually downloaded. Automated delivery is not available.

Q: Why don't I see the region filter in Engagement reports? A: Region filters only appear if your organization has configured geographic regions in the system.

Q: How is the score calculated in the Leaderboard? A: Score equals total learning points divided by the number of members, providing a fair comparison regardless of size.

Q: Can I export data from all three reports? A: Yes. Engagement, Activation and Leaderboard reports all offer a CSV export via the "Download Report" button.
