Sending Targeted Reminders to Learners

You can now filter learners by their progress or results and send reminders only to selected users. This helps you follow up more effectively and improve Course completion rates.

How It Works

1. Open the Filters Panel

  • On the Enrolments tab of the Course page, click Filters.

  • You can filter learners by:

    • Progress Status: Completed, In Progress, Not Started, Missed

    • Result: Passed, Not Passed

Note: If the Course does not have a Pass Score, the Result filter options are disabled

2. Select Learners

  • After applying filters, select the specific learners you want to follow up with.

  • Only the learners you select in the current view will receive reminders.

3. Send Reminders

  • Click the Send Reminders button.

  • If no learners are selected, the action is disabled and shows a tooltip: β€œSelect users to send reminders.”

  • When reminders are sent, a CSV file containing enrolment details is also downloaded for your records.

Best Practices

  • Use filters to target users who are at risk of missing deadlines (e.g., Not Started, Missed, or Not Passed).

  • Combine filters for more precise targeting, such as learners In Progress who also have a Not Passed result.

  • Send reminders early enough before due dates to give learners time to catch up.
