Common Questions About Course Completion Reports ❓

Q: How is completion percentage calculated? A: Completion requires finishing all lessons and meeting any pass score requirements. Percentages are calculated against eligible enrolments, excluding any with a future (scheduled) start date.

Q: What's the difference between "At Risk" and "Overdue"? A: "At Risk" covers learners who haven't started yet (and aren't past due) or who completed a course but failed its assessment. "Overdue" covers learners who have passed the course due date without completing it.

Q: Can I see individual learner progress? A: Yes. Click Download full report to export a per-learner, per-course CSV of the individual records behind the report, scoped to your applied filters.

Q: Why are some enrolments showing as "At Risk" even though the due date passed? A: Once the due date passes without completion, an enrolment moves to "Overdue". Learners remain enrolled even after due dates, so you may need to follow up with these individuals.

Q: How often should I review these reports? A: Best practice is weekly for active courses, monthly for overall analysis.

Q: Can managers see reports for just their team? A: Yes, use the team filter to view specific team data.
