The Course Enrollments Tracker helps team managers monitor your team's learning progress across all assigned courses. This feature provides at-a-glance insights about course completion status, upcoming deadlines, and team members who may need extra support or reminders. Please Note - this feature is exclusive for team managers

Dashboard View
Completion rate: The overall percentage of courses due this month
Due this month: Courses with deadlines in the current month
Team member list: Shows who has courses due and their current status
Status Indicators
Not Started: Team member hasn't begun the course (0% progress)
Low Progress: Team member has completed less than 30% of the course
On Track: Team member is making good progress (30% or more)
Completed: Team member has finished the course (100%)
Actions You Can Take
Send Reminders: Select one or more team members to send course reminders
View Details: See complete course information for any team member
Message: Send a direct message to an individual team member
How to Use the Tracker
Access the dashboard: Navigate to My Team > Course Enrollments
Review team status: Quickly scan who has courses due this month
Send reminders: Select team members and click "Send Reminders"
Check details: Click "View Details" to see a complete list of courses for any team member
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a team member's status determined?
Status is calculated based on course progress and recent activity:
Not Started: 0% progress
Low Progress: 1-30% progress
On Track: More than 30% progress with activity in the last 14 days
Completed: 100% progress
What does "Due this month" mean?
This shows courses with deadlines within the current calendar month. For example, in May, you'll see all courses due between May 1-31.
How do I know which team members need attention?
Focus on team members with "Not Started" or "Low Progress" status who have courses due this month. These individuals may benefit most from your support.
Can I see which specific courses a team member is enrolled in?
Yes! Click the "View Details" button to see all courses for that team member, including start dates, due dates, and current progress.
How do reminders work?
When you select team members and click "Send Reminders," you can:
Use a template message or write your own
Preview the list of recipients
Choose to send immediately or schedule for later
What happens when a course is completed?
Completed courses are reflected in the completion rate and status indicators. Team members with all courses completed will show "Completed" status.
How often is the data updated?
Progress data is updated in real-time as team members complete course activities. The dashboard refreshes automatically when you access it.
Can team members see their own progress?
Yes. Team members can view their personal progress through the "My Progress" section, but they cannot see the manager dashboard or other team members' progress.
What if a course doesn't have a due date?
Courses without due dates will not appear in the "Due this month" count but are still included in the enrolments for that user. You can check it by going to the user profile
