Downloading Reports
You can export learning record data for internal reviews or reports.
Click "Download CSV" on the learning records page.
A CSV file with all displayed records will be downloaded to your device.
The CSV file includes all relevant information such as User Email ID, Training Name, Provider, Start Date, Completion Date, Duration, Expiry Date, and Result.
How is "Duration" Calculated?
Course duration is calculated based on the following logic:
Single standalone video lesson: Duration equals the length of that video.
Multiple video lessons (Course/Series): Duration equals the sum total of all video lesson durations.
External links: 5 minutes
PDFs and Flashcards: 10 seconds per page in the document
Duration is displayed in minutes ("mins") by default. If total duration exceeds 60 minutes, it is automatically converted into hours with one decimal precision, e.g., 1.1 hrs, 2.5 hrs, etc.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1. Can one user have multiple records for the same course?
Yes. If a user completes the same course multiple times in different enrolments (separate attempts), each completion will be displayed as a separate record entry within the system.
2. Why are "Expiry Date" and "Result" sometimes empty?
The "Expiry Date" and "Result" fields are optional attributes that depend on specific configurations or features in development. These could show up blank if the related functionality has not yet been enabled for certain courses.
3. Is Training Provider always "5Mins"?
Yes. For courses completed on your 5Mins Courses platform, the training provider will always be "5Mins."
4. How frequently is the data updated in Learning Records?
Once a user completes a 5Mins Course (achieving 100%), the user's completion record will appear almost instantaneously in the Learning Records.
5. Who has access to view Learning Records?
Only users with admin rights have access to the Learning Records section.
