MS Teams Integration Guide 

 Just 2 clicks to add 5Mins to MS Teams for all your employees

  1. Request 5Mins Customer Success  for your organization’s MS Teams integration link

  2. Click on the Integration link provided by 5Mins and grant necessary permissions for message delivery, creating channels and adding a bot. Only a MS Teams administrator can give this access

  3. Check ‘Consent’ on behalf of your organisation and click on Accept

  4. After a few seconds, you will get a success message where you have to authorise again. Click on authorise and add your credentials and click on approve

  5. Once you authorise for the second time, you will receive an success message that would say 5Mins bot installed successfully. You can close this window 

  6. 5Mins is now  integrated with your MS Teams for all team members

Post-Integration:

  1. 5Mins bot is added for all users of MS Teams members

  2. Learners will receive a real-time message whenever a course is assigned

  3. Learners would be reminded to complete their courses when the deadline is near
