Your My Progress page gives you a comprehensive view of your learning journey. Here's what you can track and how to use each section effectively:

2. Points are the skill points you earn from completing lessons — one point each. Click the info icon on any card to learn more.
3. Jewels are bonus points earned through streaks and daily activity — you spend them later in the Marketplace.
4. Your Streak counts consecutive days of learning. Keep it alive to earn bonus jewels — the info icon explains exactly how streaks work.
5. Certificates gathers every certificate you've earned — from both skills and completed courses. Click the count to view or download them.
6. My Assignments summarises the courses assigned to you and your overall completion. 'View assignments' opens the full list with per-course progress.
7. Skill Development tracks your progress across the skills tied to your role. See up to five here, or 'See all skills' for the full picture.
8. If you manage a team, a Leaderboard shows how your members rank — a nudge for friendly competition.
9. And the Marketplace turns your jewels into rewards, upskilling resources or charity donations. Everything on this page updates automatically as you learn.

🎯 Points System

You earn points for completing learning activities:

• Points: You can view your total skill points earned from completed lessons
• Jewels: You can see bonus points earned through streaks and special activities. Click your jewels to go to the Marketplace rewards
• Click on your points to navigate to detailed skills progress tracking

🔥 Learning Streak

Your streak shows consecutive days of learning activity:

• Current Streak: You can see how many days in a row you've engaged with learning content. Click the Streak card to open your streak calendar, where you can also pause your streak for 100 jewels (see Pausing your streak)
• Streak Information: Click the info icon to learn exactly how streaks work and get tips for maintaining them
• Streak Benefits: Consistent streaks help you earn jewel rewards and build lasting learning habits

🏅 Certificates

You can track certificates you've earned from:

• Skill Certificates: Earned by completing skill-based learning paths
• Course Certificates: Awarded when you finish assigned or self-enrolled courses
• Total Count: Your certificate count is displayed prominently and you can click to view all earned certificates

📋 My Assignments Overview

You can see a quick summary of your learning commitments:

• Total Assignments: View the total number of courses assigned to you
• Completion Percentage: Track your overall progress across all assignments
• Detailed View: Click "View assignments" to see comprehensive course enrollment information with individual progress

📈 Skill Development Progress

You can monitor your progress across different skills you're developing:

• Preview Display: View progress for up to 5 skills at a time on your main progress page (your organisation can hide this section)
• Role Alignment: See skills that are relevant to your selected professional role

🤝 Team Membership

This section only appears if you haven't joined your company or a team yet:

• Join your company: Enter your work email address to join your colleagues, or register your company if it isn't on 5Mins yet
• Join your team: Search for your team by name and join it
• Start team: Create a new team if yours doesn't exist
• Once you're in a team, this section disappears

🛒 Marketplace Preview

You can access organizational learning resources:

• Reward Redemption: Use earned jewels to redeem marketplace rewards
• Available Benefits: See what rewards and resources your organization provides

🏆 Leaderboard

Everyone in your organisation can see the leaderboard, unless your organisation has turned it off:

• Team and Company: If you're in a team, switch between your team's ranking and the whole company's ranking
• Time Period: Choose This month or This week
• Rankings: See each person's rank, score, and whether they've moved up or down

How Points and Achievements Work 🎯

Point Earning System

You earn points through various learning activities:

• Lesson Completion: You get 1 point for each lesson you complete (must watch 90% of videos)
• Quiz Answers: You earn 4 points for answering a quiz correctly
• Consistent Learning: You earn 5 jewels for watching 5 minutes of lessons in a day, 10 jewels for doing it 5 days in a row, and 25 jewels for 10 days in a row

Achievement Tracking

Your achievements are displayed across different metrics:

• Skill Points: Accumulated from skill-related learning activities
• Bonus Points (Jewels): Earned from maintaining streaks and special activities
• Certificates: Count of all certificates earned from skills and courses
• Learning Streak: Number of consecutive days with learning activity

Q: How do I earn more points? A: Complete lessons fully (watch 90% of videos), take quizzes and aim for correct answers, and maintain daily learning consistency to build streaks and earn bonus jewels.

Missing a weekday will reset your streak counter, so try to watch 5 minutes of lessons each day. Weekends don't break your streak, and you can pause your streak for 100 jewels when you need a break.
