Introduction

Keep your streak alive, even when life gets busy! The new Streak Pause feature allows you to pause your daily streak without losing your progress. Whether you're traveling, busy at work, or just need a day off, activate this feature and protect your streak.

How Does the Streak Pause Feature Work?

When you pause your streak:

  • Your current day will be marked as "Paused," much like "Weekend" days.

  • Your overall streak will remain intact — you won't lose your streak.

  • The calendar will show a blue fire icon, indicating this paused day.

How Can I Pause My Streak?

To pause your streak:

  1. Go to the My Progress page.

  2. Locate the Streak section and click the "Pause Streak" button.

  3. Confirm the action—this will cost 100 Jewels.

  4. Once confirmed, your streak will be successfully paused.

You'll see a quick animation and a green toast message confirming the pause.

What If I Don't Have Enough Jewels?

If you don't have at least 100 Jewels, the "Pause Streak" button will be disabled. You must have enough Jewels to pause your streak. You can always earn more Jewels through your activity or purchase additional Jewels from the Shop.

How Do I Resume My Streak?

Resuming your streak is just as simple:

  1. On the same Streak section, the "Pause Streak" button will show "Unpause Streak."

  2. Click "Unpause Streak" when you're ready to start again.

  3. Confirm the action, and your streak will resume as normal.

You'll see another brief animation and green toast confirming your streak has resumed.

1. What happens to my streak if I pause?

When you pause your streak, you won't lose your current streak progress. The paused day behaves similarly to a weekend day, meaning it's marked with a special blue fire icon instead of the regular orange fire.

2. How much does it cost to pause my streak?

Using the feature costs 100 Jewels each time you pause your streak.

3. How often can I pause my streak?

Currently, there's no hard limit to how often you can pause your streak, but each pause costs 100 Jewels. We recommend using pauses strategically to maintain your streak efficiently over the long run.

4. What if I accidentally paused my streak? Can I reverse it?

You can immediately "unpause" your streak again if needed. Please note, however, you'll still have spent the Jewels for pausing initially, and won't be refunded.

5. Can I earn Jewels while my streak is paused?

You can still earn Jewels normally by engaging with lessons and completing activities, even if you've paused your streak.

6. Do paused streak days count toward my streak achievements or records?

Paused streak days help protect your streak from breaking, but they don't add additional days to your streak count. They merely maintain the existing streak. Only active days, when lessons are watched and interactions recorded, add toward achievement milestones and records.
