People Insights lists each learner alongside their key engagement metrics over the selected time period. You'll find it under Admin β†’ Reports β†’ People Insights.

What the Report Shows:

  • Team: The team(s) the learner belongs to
  • Region: The learner's region (shown only if your organization has region data)
  • Skill points: Total learning points the learner has earned
  • Lessons Started: Number of lessons the learner has started
  • Lessons Completed: Number of lessons the learner has completed
  • Total time (in min): Total time spent watching/learning, in minutes
  • Quizzes: Number of quizzes the learner engaged with
  • Jewels: Jewels earned by the learner
  • Registration Date: When the learner registered

By default the list is sorted by skill points, highest first. You can sort by most of the numeric columns.

The engagement metrics (skill points, lessons, time, quizzes, jewels) reflect the time period you've selected.
