Make it yours: logo and colours

This is a quick day-one win for new admins: put your own logo and colours on the platform so it feels like yours from the first login. By the end you will have set your theme colours and uploaded your logo.

It takes a few minutes and it is worth doing early, because the first thing your people see when they sign in is your brand, not a default one.

Before you start

  • You need access to Account & Settings in the admin area.
  • Have your logo files ready, ideally a light-mode and a dark-mode version, so your brand stays legible in both themes.

What you should see now

Your login pages and navigation carry your colours, and your logo shows in both light and dark themes. The platform now looks like yours rather than a default.

Common questions

Why upload two logos? So your brand stays legible whether a learner is in light or dark mode. A logo that reads well on white can disappear on a dark background, so you set one for each.

What if I get the colours wrong?Preview against Light and Dark before you save, and use Reset to Default if you want to start over.
